Airport assistance

If you need help for reasons related to a sensory or locomotor disability, or difficulty walking long distances, or any condition that requires appropriate attention, such as invisible disabilities, you can request free assistance at the airport through the website of the airline you are traveling with when you make your ticket reservation.

In the event that you are bringing an electric wheelchair or mobility scooter with you, you must contact the airline's call center to make your reservation.

Where you have already booked your travel, you can still add your request for assistance later by calling the airline call center and sending an email to the airport assistance team salamica@geasar.it 

Even if you have not booked the service, we will endeavor to assist you as quickly as possible upon your arrival at the airport.

If you have requested assistance and are under the age of 18, but for the airline you can travel alone, the airport staff will follow the same procedures as for adults.
