Passenger rights

Plese refer to the ENAC Charter of Passenger Rights (National Agency for Civil Aviation), the summary document and reference guide to the regulations on air transport.
"What are my rights in the event of a long flight delay? Who should I send the complaint in case of denied boarding, cancellation? I've lost the baggage, what do I have to do?" The Passenger Rights Charter seeks to answer these and many other questions, as a practical tool for informing and updating the main rights and forms of protection afforded to passengers in the event of disruptions in air transport.

The Service Charter is the tool that provides travellers with complete information on the level of service that airports guarantee in compliance with their own quality system and the guidelines issued by the Italian Civil Aviation Authority (E.N.A.C.). In the Service Charter 2021, you will not find the usual standards on the quality of service offered and the manager's commitments for the current year, due to the strong reduction in traffic in 2020, caused by the Covid-19 pandemic event and the discontinuity of many airport activities, the analysis on the quality of service would not have been statistically significant . In this document, space has been given, in a new section, to the health measures and procedures adopted by Olbia airport to prevent the spread of Covid 19, in addition to useful information for users and a guide to services.
