Special assistance waiting room

In the departure area, near the security checkpoints, there is the Sala Amica (Special assistance waiting room), where the passenger who has requested assistance is assisted by specialized and ISO:9001:2015-certified staff, arranging to accompany him or her through the security checkpoints, to boarding and finally to the aircraft.

You will find the Special Assistance Waiting Room open from 2 hours prior to flight departure.

The Special assistance waiting room has a waiting area designed in order to accommodate people with autism spectrum, with sounds and colors designed and targeted for this sphere of disability.

To make your stay at the airport comfortable, in the Special Assistance Waiting Room you can find:

-     Presence of qualified staff

-     Bathrooms accessible to people with disabilities

-     Monitor with flight schedules

-     Television

The departing passenger and any accompanying person can stay in the lounge until boarding time.
