Procedure for the withdrawal and use of the prepaid ticket for the paid car park "Main Park".
After you purchase a prepaid ticket you will receive by e-mail a voucher (to be printed) that will list all the information you need to use it.

For a better parking use, we recommend you to follow these simple steps:
1. Print the voucher and separately note the relevant number that could be useful in case of loss of the same;
2. Access with the car at the parking by pressing the button in the column to collect the ticket;
3. Park in one of the free stalls in the A or B sector of the parking area.

How to get out of the car park?
To exit the parking lot, you can withdraw your prepaid ticket by choosing one of the following options:

COLLECT THE TICKET BEFORE THE DEPARTURE
You must go to the office located at the main entrance of the parking lot. By presenting the voucher, together with the entrance ticket, you will be given the prepaid ticket (exit token) that will be used at the exit by placing it in the machine.
We recommend this solution because it guarantees faster exit operations.

COLLECT THE TICKET AFTER THE RETURN
You must go to the parking office, presenting the voucher in conjunction with the entry ticket. You will be given the prepaid ticket that will be used at the exit by inserting it into the machine (see picture on the side).

NB: In case you should use the parking lot for a longer period of time than the one paid online, the system will automatically calculate the overdue hours when you insert the prepaid ticket into the exit machine or at the cash box.
You may pay for any surplus or automatic cashiers located inside the parking lot on the arrival and departure side pedestrian paths, or at the car park office located at the main exit.
