Airport Passes

Welcome to the section of our website dedicated to the "Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport Passes", the portal for requesting access passes to the airport.
If you would like to access to the Olbia Costa Smeralda airport areas you have a legitimate reason to make this request and you belong to:
- Public Authorities;
- Airport Management Company
- Carriers;
- Sub-concessionaires;
- Lenders of handling services: certified categories (L. Decree 18/99, certified by ENAC pursuant to the Circular APT02B) and categories not subjected to certification (such as self-produced carriers and services referred to Cat. 1 of the L. Decree 18/99);
- Aero Club and other companies based at the airport.

You can apply to the airport for employees and/or companies with which there are contractual relationships (contracts, subcontracting or supply) through the link sms.olbia.aero

In order to proceed with these request it is necessary to have a permanent entry card (TIA) and to be accredited by your company through the registration office.
If you are not accredited, contact the Entity/Company with whom you have a contractual relationship in order to proceed with the confirmation process.
The confirmation can be requested in the reserved area through the link sms.olbia.aero following Registration.

Requests entered in the online registration system will be processed from Monday to Thurday (9 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm) and Friday (9 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 3 pm), excluding holidays.
